Hey er'yone, sup? I need to replace that old journal skin cause it is way too negative, and old news. But just to touch on those issues, they are resolved(more or less), :iconrahiden: and I are still pals(yay), I've agreed to leave his comic alone since that's what the fuss between him and I was about, :iconwolfbossx: and I aren't friends no more because he had to make a big deal out of 1) something that wasn't that big a deal, and 2) take two totally unrelated issues and combine them into one huge ass issue.  :iconiaintevenmadplz: But he's still going to be BML admin. Admins don't have to be my friend in order to be admin, but it is preferred. Though the though to boot his ass out and make someone else Admin who I've wanted to be an Admin for a long time did cross my mind. :P So all is well for the time being in that "sector" ;)
On the bright side of all this, thanks to :iconbarrelex: I now know what my "spirit/power animal" is. I'm a mountain goat. :iconmountaingoatplz: (<-I totally just made this PLZ account just now, right on the fly, why? because I am fly!). This is very fitting of me for a couple reasons((AESTHETICS) but the main reason is because of my personality. Generally, I'm a nice easy going guy(hard to believe for some of you, I know, but if you talked to me in person you'd see), I'm relatively docile and approachable, but if you piss me off for what ever reason BAM, HORNS STRAIGHT TO THA FAYCE BEYACH!!! All in all, I'm not perfect, I've got my share of issues, everyone does. I'm here to be a MOCer and make some friends, I ain't trying to create drama, I'm not trying to rip anyone off or steal any ideas(if I wanted to I could and would), I'm just tryin' to join in on the fun.  Hopefully this is a lesson learned by all involved and all who have observed. MOVING ON NOW!

Have you guys liked the journal skins I've been selecting? I'm kinda trying to get new ones every time based on my mood or how I'm feeling. So this is kinda...cheery, kinda light hearted but not really silly?

OH GOOD NEWS EVERYONE :iconfarnsworthplz: Remember how a few journals ago I reported that my "band" wasn't going good? Well its more or less bounced back. Dave and I(also Dave) are going to play a small half hour set in this coffee place in Sacramento on Thursday! :woohoo: its not really a big deal, rather low key affair.. We've got a cool little setlist thrown together, and I'm really starting to blend well into Dave's material.  Dave is really praising me for my ideas and and skills as a bassist, which is nice because most people don't really get it. My bass playing is generally to "beyond" people. They just don't see mot like it. And I admit, its kinda weird and out there. Its like "hey lets take bass and tell guitar to shut the fuck up for like two second, or move over so we're on equal ground" and people seem to hate that cause bass is suppose to be a good little boy and sit in the corner. SCREW THAT! Anywho, after this gig I'm really gonna make a push for recording, both his material and mine. The nice thing about this project is while it's Dave's thing, I still have a say in things, can voice my opinions on our course of action, which is nice. The more I get into this project the more and more it becomes a complete collaborative effort and not just Dave doing things his way. With this small performance we've been gearing up for recording tunes has gotten postponed, though I think that if this gig goes well(which it should since we've practiced for it and aren't putting a lot of pressure on perfection) it will really put a wind in our sails and we'll be blazing a trail with this band.

In bionicleness, I've got somewhat of a major project going on right now. The first piece of that has been posted just recently, Aumangea. I'm pretty sure by now you're all speculating as to what this 3 piece project is. :giggle: The great thing about it, it was decided completely on a whim. I was look at parts and I thought to myself "okay, lets go with that." I won't divulge the actual thought as to not ruin the surprise of it for you guys. But I gotta say, Building a Matoran was really challenging. But I did it, and I'm very satisfied with Aumangea. Also, kudos to anyone who can find the meaning of his name. ;)

Any of you guys actively listen to the Assassin's Creed soundtracks? I've got em all and I can't get over how freakin' awesome they are. My advice, try MOCing to that stuff playing on shuffle in the background, makes sitting on the floor(or at a desk for some of you) snapping together plastic parts seem really epic. Its funny, I'm more familiar with the series' music than I am the series itself. I've only played part of the first one and a majority of Brotherhood. This is a big reason for wanting a PS3.

Okay, that's all. laters.

Update(hours later)
I've added a new folder to my gallery called "critiqueables." It's got all the MOCs by me that are open for critique. And I've added a few to the list. The additions include The Innenrrad, Thorin, Skyspeeder detail, and then the latest addition to my MOC collection, Aumangea. Before my Premium is up, as I update old MOCs with new pics and layouts I'll be adding allowing critiques to them and adding them to the folder as well.

I'm glad to hear that other Dave is taking the band more seriously again. A lot of people go to coffee shops, so that's probably a good way to get your name out there. :)

I've never played Assassin's Creed, to be honest. I'll probably get around to it someday.
