Description
This MOC is dedicated to my good friend . He's such a cool guy, he's made all the icons I use here, and a handful of his wonderful renders. So to pay him back for all he's done I made him a self MOC. Which is funny because even I don't have a self MOC. When I asked him what he wanted he asked to make me a Helghast from Kill zone. Greg is writing his own bio for this guy, which I will post soon.
I really like how his head/helmet came out. That was more inspiration from watching all you guys here on Initially I wanted to make a trechcoat like thing like I've seen some Helghasts wear out of the caterpillar tracks and chains, but I didn't have enough track pieces to do that so I did this...not sure what that is but its dangly and drapy and cool so This was also my first use of HF 2.0 on a MOC. Man those parts are crazy useful and make everything easy. I just had a jetbug and a stormer 2.0 so I was still very limited on what I could do with the HF stuff. I've been planning to do this MOC for a while now, but wasn't sure what form it would take. Overall I'm happy with this figure, especially that helmet...just damn.
I am also entering this into 's Return To Scrapworld contest as a survivor. Scrap world bio to come later as well.
His riffle is a modified version of [link] I used that because it is such a great design and gets the right shape for modern carbine like riffle. Hope you don't mind Alex
Here ya go Greg, I did like I said, built you a Helghast MOC after I got that bitch spider queen out of the way. Please be specific about what you like or dislike about it. And thanks for all you've done for me man. Hope you like it.
Action pose, albeit not a very good one. I'm tired leave me alone.
