Bionicle MOC: Pallando The Platypus Wizard

About the MOC
This has to be the single most weirdest thing I...have ever built. If you're wondering what on earth possessed me to build a Platypus Wizard with dragon wings, please refer to 's critique of . At first I was going to do this as the crappiest MOC I could possibly make, but then I decided this would be a good opportunity to test out my "wing theory" with the Construct-A-Zurg Capes, after that I decided to armor him up a little bit better, fixed his hat to coincide with the gold and overall make him look not so lame. Not sure if I succeeded, that's ultimately up to you, the viewer. For me though, I'm not sure if I'm going to take him apart because of how cool, cute and hilarious he is.
Pallando is also one of the five wizards from the Lord Of The Rings universe, he's one of the two Blue Wizards.

Pallando was an exceptionally average wizard. He wasn't particularly skilled at any one field of wizardry. He could conjure most of what he needed, got by just fine in Alchemy, spells and potion brewing. The only thing memorable about this oddball was how middle of the road he was at anything. It was almost as if he strove towards mediocrity. Well one day he finally did something that would paint his reputation in one light or another, he cast a spell that backfired, turning him into a *clears throat* a Dragon winged platypus wizard. Overwhelmed with embarrassment Pallando sought refuge from persecution high up in the mountains where he is still searching out a remedy to his albeit hilarious predicament. *laughs*

Pallando: You are a terrible Narrator, this isn't funny.
Narrator: *Stifles laugh* Oh really? I beg to differ.
Pallando: Hmph
